In these days of volatile energy prices, it pays to review and evaluate usage of utilities on a regular basis, and develop strategies for (i) maintaining equipment that could produce more-efficient energy usage, and (ii) purchasing utilities at favorable bulk rates that can be locked in at favorable points in the market cycle.
