Office:
Gil Weinbaum, joined Zalco in 1993 after
several years with The Washington Real Estate Investment Trust,
where he handled acquisitions, new leases and lease renewals
for that entity's Maryland-based office portfolio. For the last
13 years his role with Zalco has included a wide variety of
brokerage-related services, such as extensive landlord and tenant
representation, financial analysis, commercial-property leasing
and sales, and space planning. He is well known in the local
office-leasing community for his creative marketing, negotiation
acumen, ability to close, and superior client-relations skills.
Like most of Zalco's key personnel, Gil is a Washington-area
native. He is also a graduate of the University of Maryland
and licensed to provide services in all three area jurisdictions:
Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
Retail/Flex/Warehouse:
Martin Feldman, came to Zalco in late 2003 after several years with The Whichard Group of Raleigh, NC, where he was Senior Leasing Executive responsible for several mall properties and strip centers throughout the United States. Prior to that, he was Vice President with Maryland-based Targoff & Company, where he negotiated over $50 million in retail leases with many national tenants throughout the Baltimore/Washington corridor, as well as Dallas, Texas. All told, Marty has been involved in contract negotiations, sales and retail leasing for more than 20 years. He is licensed in both Maryland and DC and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a Washington-area native, and a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Barnett
'Barney' DuBois, has been active in the Washington-area
real estate industry for over 30 years. He has held senior positions
in various national real estate firms with responsibilities
in commercial financing and capitalization, acquisitions, development,
property management and asset management. He has also been a
principal in several real estate ventures, including his own
residential development company, in connection with which he
received industry acclaim for innovative affordable housing
ideas during the 1970's. Today, Barney focuses on Real Estate
acquisition initiatives for Zalco investments. The purchase
of these assets include identifying potential acquisition opportunities,
structuring specific cash flows and investment profiles, establishing
"buy" criteria, and organizing equity capital and financing
formations. Additionally, Barney represents a select group of
clients who desire to acquire Real Estate assets in the Richmond,
Washington, and Baltimore corridor. He is a graduate of the
prestigious Wharton School of Business at the University of
Pennsylvania and is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland,
Virginia and the District of Columbia. He lives in Vienna, Virginia.
