Resale by Purchaser. The unit owners association shall furnish
the resale certificate upon the written request of any unit
owner within fourteen days of the receipt of such request. Payment
of the reasonable costs of preparing the resale certificate
may be required of the unit owner requesting them as a prerequisite
to their issuance.

Resale of Unit. The council of unit owners, within 20 days after
a written request by a unit owner and receipt of a reasonable
fee therefore, shall furnish a certificate containing the information
necessary to enable the unit owner to comply with this subsection
and the unit owner furnishes to the purchaser not later than
15 days prior to closing

Notice of resale to homeowners associations. Within 30 calendar
days of any resale transfer of a lot within a development, the
transferor shall notify the homeowners association for the primary
development of the transfer. The notification shall include,
to the extent reasonably available, the name and address of
the transferee, the name and forwarding address of the transferor,
the date of transfer, the name and address of any mortgagee,
and the proportionate amount of an outstanding homeowner's association
fee of assessment assumed by each of the parties to the transaction.

Resale by unit owner seller to obtain appropriate statements
from association and furnish to purchaser, scope of provisions.
In the event of a resale of a condominium unit by a unit owner
other than the declarant, the unit owner shall obtain from the
unit owner's association and furnish to the purchaser, on or
prior to the 10th business day following the date of execution
of the contract of sale by the purchaser, a copy of the condominium
instruments and a certificate setting forth the appropriate
statements.
