The most efficiently run facilities are those that employ long-term maintenance and capital improvement strategic planning. Accordingly, this is always part of the comprehensive program that we put in place for our facilities-management clients. Our first step in this process is to conduct a comprehensive facilities inspection and implement an ongoing facilities-maintenance program.
