Inspections
For all of our property-management clients, our engineers assist each property manager in conducting comprehensive, periodic inspections of each property, which cover all major building components and mechanical systems, including without limitation: roofing, drainage, masonry and concrete, parking areas, heating and air conditioning, domestic water, exhaust systems, piping, air-handling systems and fire-prevention systems. These inspections are the basis upon which we create a
comprehensive facilities-maintenance program and counsel each client on
long-term facilities maintenance planning; these services are also utilized in connection with due-diligence studies and annual budget
preparation.
