To help achieve the division's goals, Mr. Gilmore conducts a year-round engineering school for on-site staff, engineering and maintenance personnel.  This service enables our field engineering personnel to become certified building-systems engineers and advance in their careers while also providing an enhanced level of service to Zalco's many property-management clients, all at no additional cost.
