ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE

Seeking detail oriented individuals with minimum of 3 years of experience in AR/AP for a fast paced environment. Property Mgmt AP/AR portfolio experience is a plus.

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Detail oriented property accountant with proven abilities and a minimum of 3 years experience in financial reporting. Responsibilities include GL duties through preparation of monthly financial statements, interaction with auditors and similar property accountant functions.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Candidates must have demonstrative computer skills; especially in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to prioritize, coordinate and handle multiple tasks. Customer service skills needed and related real estate experience preferred.
